I would rather not sell if we might need the space later. What are the options for putting idle space to work without giving it up permanently? Two things to sort out before you list: decide who handles abuse complaints during the lease, because your name stays on the registry object, and check the reputation history of the range so you are not surprised by an old blocklist entry.
